This policy explains how Jagruti Imitation Jewellery ("Jagruti", "we"), a wholesale imitation jewellery manufacturer in Kandivali East, Mumbai, handles personal data collected through jagrutijewellerywholesale.com. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its rules. We sell only to businesses, but the contact details of the person who writes to us are still personal data, so this policy applies to them.
When you send the wholesale enquiry form, we collect:
When you message or email us (WhatsApp, phone or email), we receive what you send: your name, number or email address, messages, and any photos, STL files or design references.
When you browse the site: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to stop abuse. If you choose Accept all in the cookie bar, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also collect usage data (see section 5).
We do not collect payment card details, passwords, or any sensitive data such as health or financial account information through this website. Please do not send such data in the form.
We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell or rent your data.
When you tick the consent box and send the form, you agree that we may use the details above to reply to your enquiry and handle any order that follows. After you send the form, WhatsApp opens with your enquiry so you can message us directly; that message is sent by you. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (section 8). Withdrawing does not affect what was done before, and we may still keep records the law requires.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you. They act on our instructions:
Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also share data when the law, a court or a government authority requires it.
The site works without any analytics cookies. When you first visit, a bar asks for your choice:
You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings. Cloudflare may also count visits without cookies for traffic statistics.
