Want a design that is not in our wholesale catalogue? We manufacture your own design in bulk. Custom work takes real design and tooling effort, so we follow a fixed process with clear charges. Please read it fully before you send your design.
In short: send us a 3D file or a physical sample, or pay for us to make the 3D design. We make a sample, give you the exact net wholesale rate, and after your approval we make the bulk order. Custom MOQ is 300 to 400 pcs per design and above. Bulk payment is 70% at start, 30% on dispatch day.
Step 1: Send us your design
You can start in one of two ways.
Option A: you already have the design
- A 3D design file (STL) of the jewellery, or
- A physical sample of the piece, sent to us by courier or brought to our factory in person.
With a 3D file or a sample, there is no design charge. We go straight to Step 3.
Option B: you only have a photo or an idea
If you only have an image, a sketch or a description, our team makes the 3D design for you. See Step 2.
Step 2: 3D design (only if you have no file or sample)

Please share clear photos from the front and side, the size you want, and the stone colours, so the first design is right.
Step 3: Casting, mould and sample
- The approved 3D design is 3D printed (cost already included in Step 2).
- We cast it and make the mould.
- We make the sample piece and check its weight and the materials used (base metal, stones, finish).
Step 4: Your exact price
We cannot give a custom design price before the sample is ready, or before we receive your physical sample. The price depends on the actual weight and materials, and those are only known once the piece exists.
Once the sample is ready, we give you the exact net wholesale rate, with no hidden extras.
Step 5: Sample approval
We deliver the sample to you. You check it and confirm. Bulk production starts only after your confirmation.
